Sourcing is half the job. We also carry the drawings, the visuals and the site work, so the design intent survives from the first layout to the last fixing.
Design development
Room and furniture layouts set against the architect's shell, material and finish palettes, and specification options at two or three price levels so the scheme can be value-engineered without drawing it twice.
Shop and setting-out drawings
Furniture and joinery shop drawings, cabinet sections and details, setting-out and services coordination, issued for the designer's and contractor's approval before production.
3D visualisation
Room and public-area renders for design and client approval, material close-ups and walkthrough images, revised after each round of comments.
Samples and mock-up rooms
Physical sample boards in veneer, stone, fabric, metal and glass, and a prototype room or prototype unit built for sign-off where the project calls for one.
Take-off and schedules
Measured take-off from your drawings, room-by-room schedules, packing and delivery sequencing, and a costed bill of quantities for approval.
Installation drawings
Fixing and setting-out drawings for the fitting team, assembly details, and carton marking plans that tell the site which room every crate belongs to.
Installation and supervision
Installation by our own fitting teams or by yours with our supervision on site — including snagging lists, rectification and handover.
Handover and after-sales
Care and maintenance manuals, spare parts, reserved stock for the opening period, and a reorder route back to the same specification.

Enquiry and scope
You send the drawings, the bill of quantities, the finish schedule and the required opening date. We confirm what the package includes, what it excludes, and where the information still has gaps.

Design, drawings and visuals
Layouts, shop drawings and 3D renders are issued for approval with the finish schedule resolved, so that what is priced and produced is what the client has already seen and signed.

Specification and sampling
Finish samples, fabric swatches, carpet strike-offs, colour panels and material certificates are submitted for approval against the design intent.

Quotation
Item-level pricing with options, indicative lead times, packing method and Incoterms, so alternatives can be compared on cost and on programme.

Order and pre-production
Proforma invoice, deposit, pre-production sample approval, and production scheduling across all twelve families at the same time.

In-line and final quality control
Factory checks during production, final AQL inspection before packing, and a photographic report issued before the balance payment is requested.

Consolidation and loading
Collection at the receiving warehouse, quantity and damage check, carton marking, mixed container stuffing and a closing report with seal number.

Shipping and delivery to site
Export documents, sea or air freight as agreed, delivery to site, and unloading sequenced to the installation programme rather than to the container's convenience.

Installation and handover
Installation drawings and supervision, snagging and rectification, care manuals and spare parts, then handover with the room-by-room schedule reconciled.
Installation sign-off and handover
Stages 2 and 9 are the two a supply-only package leaves out — the drawings and the installation. Both are ours to carry, and both are fixed in the programme before production starts.

Drawings, renders and samples are produced to your programme, so send the layout, the finish schedule and the room count with the first enquiry — the drawing and visualisation stages are what the rest of the programme hangs on.
